This amendment is to take account of the replacement from 1 September of references in the legislation to the Learning and Skills Council for England with references to the Young People’s Learning Agency for England or the Chief Executive of Skills Funding. The relevant amending regulation is The Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation (England) Order 2010, SI 2010 No.1941.
