These changes are to make amendments in the light of the increase from 1 October 2010 in the amounts in incapacity benefits and employment and support allowance of the limit of earnings from councillor’s allowance and to permitted work limits from £93 to £95. Also, in income-related employment and support allowance the amount of the earnings disregard for earnings for permitted work higher limit is increased from £93 to £95. The changes are introduced by SI 2010 No.2126.
